Uploaded files
Customer attachments are stored in private infrastructure with restricted access. They are not placed in the public website or source repository. Temporary access links may be generated for authorized internal review.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and communication services, including Cloudflare for website security, data storage and processing, Feishu for internal inquiry notifications, and Tawk.to for optional live chat. Providers process information according to their service terms and our configuration.
Optional live chat
The Tawk.to live-chat service loads only after you open the chat options and choose to continue. Tawk.to may then process your IP address, device and browser information, cookies or similar storage, and information you submit in the chat. Its service infrastructure may process data in the United States and through a global content-delivery network. You can contact us by email without loading the chat service.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for inquiry handling, project records, security and applicable legal obligations. We use access controls and private storage, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers and manufacturing or logistics partners when needed for the requested review or approved project, subject to appropriate access limits.
